Rental Policies

The City of Excelsior Springs offers several outdoor facilities to rent for your family, business, or group celebrations and meetings.

• Reservations are made by completing and returning the appropriate rental permit forms or reserving with our staff at the Community Center.

• Cash, check, or credit card are acceptable forms of payment.

• Information on availability of all facilities may be done by visiting the office, calling the office at 816-630- 1520, or reserving online at www.es-prcc.com.

• Reservations are accepted from 8 am—5 pm, Monday—Friday.

• All fees must be paid at the time of reservation.

• Gazebos are available March-October everyday from 6 am—9 pm.

• Park Fields are available to rent through the Parks and Recreation office.

Rules and Policies:

• Gazebos, Fields and Parks must be left in a clean and orderly condition.

• Decorations must be removed. No Tape. No alcohol, smoking, drugs, firearms, or fireworks.

• Please don’t litter, use trash receptacles.
