What age restrictions does the fitness floor have?

Children under the age of 9 are not allowed on the fitness floor.​​

Children 9-15 are only allowed on the fitness floor if accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years of age.​

​Children ages 16 and above are permitted to use the equipment on the fitness floor without supervision. ​

What equipment is on the fitness floor?
The fitness floor has a variety of equipment including; free weights, cable weights, squat machines, stair climbers, ellipticals, bikes, and treadmills.

How many laps around the track equals one mile?
Lane 1 = 20.5 laps
Lane 2 = 19 laps
Lane 3 = 17.75 laps

What are the age restrictions to use the walking track?
Children under 9 are allowed on the track with direct adult supervision.

Proper Gym Etiquette
We encourage our members to practice proper gym etiquette when using our facilities. Proper etiquette includes: cleaning machines once you are finished, putting free weights away, wearing the proper attire, limit cell phone use, and being respectful of other members.

What is the proper fitness attire?
All members must wear a shirt that covers the full torso and closed toe athletic shoes.

How can I become familiar with exercise equipment and proper workout techniques if I'm new to a gym setting?
Our Center offers a wide range of strength and cardio equipment, and we’re committed to helping you make the most of it while ensuring your safety. Our Fitness Attendants are available to show you how to use the equipment safely.
