Facility Rentals
We have what you need to host everything from birthday parties, meetings, baby showers, corporate events, graduation celebrations, club meetings, and more.
To book your event please visit the Welcome Desk where our staff will record the details of your event and complete a rental agreement. Rentals must be booked at least 14 days in advance. Your event will be reserved when your payment is made in full.
A $100 refundable security deposit is required at the time of sale.

On the day of your event, our staff will clean the space and arrange it to your specifications. Please note that decoration and set up are allowed 15 minutes prior to the reservation time. Community Center staff will be available to accommodate any needs you may have during your time with us. Tablecloths are required.
Party Rooms
Our party rooms are perfect for birthday parties, client meetings, bridal or baby showers, karate classes, team-building events, and more. With these rooms, you'll also have direct access to our indoor pool and gymnasium.

Pool or Gym Access​
Pool and gym access is limited to the party room’s guest count of 20 or 40, whichever you reserved for your party. Each child must take a swim test at the beginning of the party. The pool will remain open to members during this time.
Pool or gym access parties are only available Friday through Sunday, due to lifeguard availability. If you are wanting to host an event without these amenities, call 816-656-2500 to book your event!

Meal Packages
We’ve partnered with Donnici’s Italian Deli & Laura’s Pizza to offer exclusive meal packages for your event. Choose from local favorites to make your gathering hassle-free and delicious. Simply select your package, and we’ll handle the rest! Packages require 48 hours’ notice and full payment. Available with Community Room or Party Room rentals. Don’t forget your dinnerware and utensils.

Our signature Italian loaf sandwich is piled high with 3 1/2 pounds of premium meats and cheese; lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion on the side with mayonnaise and mustard packs.
Package 3 Meatball Sliders - $50
Our meatballs slow simmered in our homemade sugo topped with melted mozzarella cheese. Slider buns are served on the side so the bread will not be soggy.
