    Join us for a 4-week Yoga Foundations series designed for beginners or anyone looking to refresh their practice. Each week, we’ll focus on breathwork and the 5 key yoga movements, building on the basics. Classes will review previous lessons, so don’t worry if you miss a week! Free for non-members.
